This event marked the official launch of the ToBeReaL project’s support services for bioeconomy initiatives, with the aim of helping projects overcome key challenges and expand their reach. It brought together partners from across Europe and Slovak stakeholders shaping the national bioeconomy. It also served as the Slovak national information day for the Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU). Participants engaged in meaningful discussions and explored practical insights for scaling up biotechnology innovations. At the end of the event, we visited PANARA, a manufacturer of compostable bioplastics, where applied research is also being developed in connection with hemp cellulose.
