HEMP CLUSTER participated in the conference AGASI 2022 (Agriculture as an Actor of Social Inclusion) – AGRICULTURE AS AN ACTOR OF SOCIAL INCLUSION. The aim of the conference under the auspices of the MPRVSR is to formulate a vision of social agriculture and recommendations for policy in Slovakia. Four expert panels analyzed the development of policies creating suitable conditions for social agriculture, its added value and ability to bring social innovations outside of urban settlements as economic growth poles in the country. The hemp renaissance, as a priority of HEMP CLUSTER, enables the involvement of micro-growers in accordance within the legislative framework of the Slovak Republic – this may be interesting for some of the hundreds of social enterprises established by municipalities with relevant ownership of the land fund.
