We were invited to the working meeting “Dialogue on water and soil”, aimed at developing dialogue and cooperation in the field of improving soil care and landscape structure. The expert debate, of representatives of agricultural and forestry chambers, associations, developed after the presentation of solution proposals based on the water and carbon cycle by Martin Kováč, state secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic.
